Fifteen-plus years across executive leadership, sales strategy, and organizational accountability — Kari has built her career at the intersection of operational discipline and business growth.
She leads HerGrowth's acquisition strategy, capital structuring, and external partnerships. Her background includes scaling sales teams, implementing performance-based accountability systems, and building executive advisory practices.
Kari is also the founder of Self Mastery Society, an executive advisory firm focused on leadership development and organizational performance. She brings the same operator-first mindset to every acquisition decision at HerGrowth.
Her focus areas at HerGrowth include acquisition deal sourcing and structuring, strategic capital relationships, executive advisory for portfolio companies, and external partnership development.
Wendy Prine
As Principal of The Prine Group, Wendy has built and manages a growing portfolio of income-producing real estate — RV parks, multifamily, self-storage, and more.
At HerGrowth, she leads real estate acquisition strategy, financing relationships, and asset oversight — bringing the lender credibility that complex deals require.
With extensive experience in creative deal financing — including seller financing, SBA lending, CDFI structures, and private co-investment — Wendy brings the financial engineering expertise that allows HerGrowth to close deals others can't.
Her focus areas include real estate acquisition and asset management, lending relationships and capital structuring, portfolio financial oversight, and co-investment partnership development.
Every portfolio company is supported by the HerBoard — a formal governance structure that provides strategic oversight, accountability, and executive-level guidance.
